2007 SPRING LATE REGISTRATION HAS STARTED!
LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA THE
MAIL. To MAIL-IN your REGISTRATION please
download and complete the PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM located in the "Forms" section of this website.
PLACEMENT ON A TEAM IS NOT GUARANTEED. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PLACE YOUR CHILD ON A TEAM.
* Late Registrants are placed on teams after ALL "On-Time" Registrants are placed on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Late Registrants in age divisions that need coaches will be placed IMMEDIATELY
if a parent volunteers to coach.
* Payments for LATE REGISTRATION will not be processed until the PLAYER
is placed on a team.

1. Copy of player's birth certificate (not
necessary for returning HUYS players).
*COACHES need to send(2) 1"x1" photos

COACH INFORMATION:
All coaches are parent
volunteers. Coaches
are required to attend
HUYS coach clinics
and be licensed. Coach
clinics will be paid
for by HUYS.
